Why is your address not listed on your website?

- We are an online based tour supplier therefore we do not have a store open to the public. We are based in East Lothian near Edinburgh, if you wish to meet us we would be happy to set up a meeting, email or call us for more details.

Where do your tours depart from?

- Since we use a variety of tour operators and guides pick up locations are different for each selected tour. The point of departure will be on your tour confirmation after you have made the booking. You can also refer to the "Prices, Dates and What's Included" section of the tour.

Can you pick up from my hotel?

- If you have booked a private tour we will certainly meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Otherwise the scheduled departures depart from central location in the city.

Is accommodation included in your tours?

- The majority of our tours do not include accommodation in the prices (refer to the what's included section to find out). But we will book the accommodation for you. The booking form will give you choices to book B&Bs, Hotels or Hostels. The names of the accommodation will not be given until the day of departure (unless you have booked a private tour)

Are children under 5 able to go on the tours?

- Unfortunately the majority of tour operators do not allow children under 5 to go on the tours. But we can offer similar tours with a private driver guide, enquire for details.

Can I book a tour by phone?

- No, sorry all our tours are bookable online through a secure booking form. But we would be glad to answer any questions or guide you through the process.

I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

- If you don't have a credit card or simply the payment system is rejecting your card for some reason you can also pay by bank wire. enquire for details.

What's included in the tour price?

- Each tour has a "Prices, Dates and What's Included" section. Typically the tours only includes the guide and transportation. Entrance fees and meals can be paid for directly, unless otherwise stated.

Can tours be done in other languages than English?

- The scheduled tour operators only offer tours in English. But we are able to provide you with a private guide that speaks a foreign language, enquire for details.

I would like to go to Britain but am having difficulties finding a suitable tour that is available?

- We realize there is an abundance of tours on our website and sometimes it maybe hard to find a tour available for your date. So contact us and we can point you in the right direction.

I have a specific itinerary in mind and would like to create my own tour, can I do this?

- Yes, most definitely contact us and we can customize a tour just for you, it is our specialty!

Can you pick up from the airport or cruise port?

- Yes, we would be glad to pick you up for a shore excursions, but can only offer this with a privately guided tour, enquire for details.

I booked and paid for my tour but have not received confirmation yet?

Confirmation on your tour booking will be sent to you within 24 hours after payment has been made. You will either be sent login details to access your documents or the confirmation sent directly to your email. If you haven't received anything please check your spam/junk box, if its not there contact us right away.

I can't login?

Your username and password would have been sent to you by email after confirming your booking. The login is case sensitive so remember NO CAPS. Once you login you can change your password to something more memorable with the change password link. If you still can't login please contact us.
